With new products and solutions becoming available every day, it is important for contractors to have the capability to expand their product offerings and get into adjacent spaces and new markets. By sponsoring the Security Solutions Pavilion at InfoComm, ADI was able to introduce attendees to many new solutions to assist their growth into markets like intrusion, IP video surveillance, access control, life safety, communications, tools & hardware and networking.

For the third year at the show, the Security Solutions Pavilion featured 25 leading security manufacturers with tabletop displays of some of the latest technologies. Attendees also had an opportunity to have a little fun in the booth and participate in hands-on installation skills challenges. For example, attendees discovered new wire pulling techniques with B.E.S. Manufacturing, learned how to efficiently seat and terminate RJ 45 cable with Platinum Tools, found new electronic testing methods with Greenlee, explored new media conversion best practices with NVT, and much more! More than 600 attendees stopped by the booth to get in on the action and test their skills.

New for 2015, the Security Solutions Pavilion featured Tech Talk Sessions with product focused educational presentations from leading manufacturers. The free training seminars offered an array of topics including power supply, high definition surveillance and commercial audio digital deterrent, IP video solutions, scalable access control, networking and cloud storage, and more!

Manufacturers represented in the Security Solutions Pavilion included Altronix, Arecont Vision, Applied Wireless ID (AWID), AvaLAN Wireless, Axis Communications, ASSA ABLOY Americas, B.E.S. Manufacturing, Bosch Security Systems, CDVI, Digital Watchdog, Gentex, Greenlee, HID Global, Ideal, Milestone Systems, MorphoTrak, NEC, Network Video Technologies, Platinum Tools, QNAP, Semtron, Speco Technologies, TRENDnet, and Tripplett Test Equipment/Byte Brothers.

ADI is focused on introducing service providers to new technologies that will help them gain additional revenue streams. With the proper skills and training, offering new product categories for dealers can be easy, and ADI is committed to providing our installing contractors with the support and service they need. In addition to sponsoring the Security Solutions Pavilion, ADI was the official sponsor of InfoComm University™ at the show. InfoComm University offered a variety of courses on emerging technologies and best practices for AV installation, design and networking technology.

ADI also offers more than 1,500 educational opportunities per year and features training facilities in most of our 103 branch locations. In addition, ADI hosts 46 ADI Expo events across North America where dealers participate in hands-on learning, attend industry accredited training seminars, meet with manufacturers, and network with industry peers.
