    Andy Morra is the President of ADI North America and is responsible for driving all business initiatives across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. An accomplished leader with extensive leadership and business strategy experience, Andy is focused on driving growth, profitability and delivering value to customers and vendors.

    Andy joined ADI in 2011, and previously served as the Vice President of Marketing for ADI North America. In this role, Andy led product marketing and promotional efforts that contributed to the overall success of ADI Americas. He oversaw the expansion of ADI’s product portfolio, updated the company’s marketing communication efforts, led the evolution of the ADI Expo program, and pioneered ADI’s social media presence.

    Andy has more than 25 years experience in leadership roles guiding global sales and marketing efforts across commercial and consumer channels. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics from Rutgers University in New Jersey, and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

    Andy Row is the Senior Product Category Manager for Residential Audio and Video products at ADI. He is responsible for leading all product management and marketing initiatives for this product category as well as all of the adjacent accessory categories. Andy is focused on driving ADI’s growth in these categories, creating new opportunities for ADI’s dealers and vendor partners and finding new and exciting products to bring to ADI’s dealers.

    Andy joined ADI in 2016 and has been in the consumer electronics industry for more than 25 years. Andy spent the last 11 years as CE Category Manager for DSI Distributing where he helped position DSI as a premier CE distributor to independent dealers and integrators across the country. Prior to DSI, Andy spent several years at ATLINKS, a Thomson Consumer Electronics and Alcatel joint venture company, in a variety of marketing and product management roles with the GE brand of communications products.

    Andy has been recognized by Dealerscope Magazine as a 2009 Top 40 Under 40 industry professional and a 2015 Dealerscope Magazine Most Influential Buyer. Andy holds Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University – South Bend.

Prior to joining ADI, Barry spent more than 10 years as Sr. Product Manager for Systemax – Global Industrial division, a leading distributor for industrial products.

    Bill is currently a senior technical manager with Honeywell Security Products Americas. His current role includes supporting Honeywell Intrusion and AlarmNet products by providing technical field support and delivering certification training to both seasoned and entry level installers in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area.

    Based on Long Island, NY, Bill Marrero is celebrating his 30th year with Honeywell in 2014. With a degree in Telecommunications, he began his career with Fire Burglary Instruments (FBII) as a regional sales manager with responsibilities encompassing the Eastern United States, Canada and Mexico. He was the national training manager at FBII when the company was integrated with the ADEMCO Group.

    Brannon Young brings over 15 years of IP solutions sales and consulting experience. He is responsible for Luxul’s training and education programs, working with industry partners to promote Luxul products, and providing market input into product direction and design.


    Prior to joining Luxul, Brannon lead a team of Systems Engineers in his role with Helius where he was key in positioning and deploying IP over satellite systems for General Motors, JC Penney, Toyota/Lexus, Edward Jones and Safeway. Brannon started his career with 2NetFX that offered early market technology for distribution of high definition video over IP.


    Brannon holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.

    Cynthia Menna is the Business Development Director for Commercial AV at ADI. She is responsible for driving strategies to strengthen the company’s commercial/pro AV business, and create new opportunities for its customers.

    Cynthia joined ADI in 2014, and has more than 15 years of industry experience and sales expertise in the commercial AV market. Before joining ADI, Cynthia held the position of Business and Commercial Solutions Director at AVAD where she was responsible for developing and growing the Pro AV business unit, and managing the national and large accounts group and services team. Previously, Cynthia spent time working for AV manufacturers including Legrand and Channel Vision.

    Cynthia received a bachelor’s of science degree from Michigan State University.

    Daniela is a Senior Product Manager for the ADI Americas Private Label product lines. She is responsible for strategic initiatives across the Access Control, A/V, Structured Cabling and Communications product categories within the W Box Technologies brand at ADI.

    Daniela joined ADI in 2010 as an Associate Product Manager for Access Control and quickly began to oversee the category until she was promoted to Senior Product Manager in 2013. She was instrumental in delivering profitable results and driving growth across ADI’s access control product category. With more than seven years of experience in business to business distribution and manufacturing, Daniela is skilled in managing supplier relationships, marketing programs, strategy and communications. Prior to joining ADI, Daniela served as the Distribution Sales Coordinator at Central Semiconductor.

    Daniela was named the ADI 2013 Marketing Person of the Year, and was selected as a Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions (ACS) President’s Club honoree. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from St. Joseph’s College.

    David Engebretson provides online and instructor-led training in fiber optics and networking of security equipment. Since entering the alarm industry in 1978, he has designed, sold and serviced central station, fire alarm, CCTV, burglar alarm, and access control systems.

    Engebretson is the contributing technical editor for SDM magazine, and has written two books: the Technician’s Guide to Networking for Security Systems, and the Technician's Guide to Physical Security Networking: Enterprise Solutions.

    David Engebretson has an ongoing relationship with ADI, and in addition to contributing to the ADI Blog he conducts IP training courses at ADI Expos across North America.

    David recently joined ADI in 2013, and brings more than 25 years of experience in security distribution, integration and end user development. Before joining ADI, he served as the National Account Manager for Distribution for Sony CCTV. David was instrumental in creating Sony’s VAR Program, and also received the Sony Electronics Award of Excellence for two years in a row. Previously, David spent more than 20 years at Anixter serving in a variety of roles including Vice President of Sales for the Southeast region, Area Vice President of Sales, Regional Business Manager and Sales Manager. In addition, David spent time as the Business Development Manager for a local security and network integration firm.

    Doug Adlam is the General Manager for Canada at ADI. He is responsible for growing ADI’s business, and maintaining strong customer relationships across the country. Doug leads all customer activities across Canada including sales, systems support, branch and warehouse operations.

    Doug joined ADI in 2012, and has more than 20 years of experience in distribution and retail operations. Before joining ADI, Doug held the position of VP of Operations at Rona Inc., where he was responsible for more than 50 retail locations along with the company’s residential and commercial sales divisions and centralized delivery centre.

    Doug holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from York University in Toronto, ON.

    Evan began his security career in AZ in 1986 and shortly thereafter founded Double Tree Security, Inc., a commercial, residential and industrial security and fire company in Mohave County Arizona. Licensed in AZ, CA & NV, Evan grew Double Tree Security to become the largest security dealer in the region. In 1999, Evan sold Double Tree to the 20th largest security dealer in the United States, Mountain Alarm, a division of Fire Protection Service Corp. Following the sale of Double Tree, Evan opened a commercial sales office for Mountain Alarm servicing oil companies, universities, schools, state and local municipalities, medical companies and Olympic venues in the greater Salt Lake area. In 2002 Evan co-founded WiLife to develop easy to setup and use video surveillance systems. In 2007 WiLife was acquired by Logitech after which time Evan served as the Chief Products Officer and Product Manager of the WiLife division within Logitech until August of 2013. Evan is currently the CEO of ProdataKey, an industry leading innovator of access control products and services.

    Evan served on the Board of Directors for the Utah State Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and attended Brigham Young University.

    Fredrik Nilsson is the General Manager for Axis Communications with responsibility for the company’s operations in North America since 2003. During this time, he has helped the company increase its revenue more than tenfold and has been instrumental in leading the industry shift from analog closed circuit television to network video.

    Mr. Nilsson serves on the SIA (Security Industry Association) Board of Directors. He is a trusted industry speaker and has spoken multiple times at leading events such as Securing New Ground, ASIS International, ISC West and Interop. Mr. Nilsson is an expert voice in top security, IT and national business publications, such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today and the Washington Post, and has made numerous television appearances, including shows such as CNN Headline News, CNBC’s “Wake Up Call” and the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends.” He authored a book, “Intelligent Network Video,” published by CRC Press.

    Prior to working for Axis, Mr. Nilsson served as a product manager for ABB, a global leader in power and automation technologies.

    A graduate of the Lund Institute of Technology, Mr. Nilsson holds a master's degree in electrical engineering, with follow up post-graduate studies in economics.

    Garret joined ADI in 2013, and previously served as the U.S. Associate Product Manager for Video Surveillance where he helped position the company as a leader in analog and IP video surveillance. Prior to joining ADI, Garrett spent more than six years at MSC Industrial Supply Co. in a variety of distribution marketing and merchandising roles.

    Garret was selected as a Honeywell ACS President’s Club honoree for 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo.

In this role, Joe manages the day-to-day operations of inside support teams including sales, web support, business development and vendor relation support.

    Joe has been with ADI Global Distribution for more than 10 years. His unique blend of technical and business knowledge comes from more than 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, complimented by the certifications he holds as an Electronic Security Networking Technician and International Customer Management Institute (ICMI) Strategic Leader. Prior to joining ADI Global Distribution Joe served as a Vendor Representative for Microsoft. Joe hold an MBA with a concentration in Marketing.

    John Sullivan is Senior Vice President of Sales at ADI. He is responsible for growing ADI’s business, and cultivating strong customer relationships. John leads all customer activities, including sales, services and systems support, at ADI’s 103 branch locations across North America.

    John joined ADI in 2003, and has more than 25 years of industry experience and sales expertise in both distribution and manufacturing. He began his career working for a security dealer in the Midwest, and has held a variety of sales leadership roles at Stanley Security Solutions and Honeywell.

    Drawing on his extensive sales experience, John has been instrumental in making ADI a customer-focused organization and helping dealers address their most demanding business challenges.

    John received the ADI Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013 for his success in leading the company’s sales organization.

    He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University, and actively belongs to many industry associations including CEDIA, CSAA, ESA, ASIS International and more.

    Kavita Boodram is the Canada Product Manager for Video Surveillance at ADI. She is responsible for ADI’s CCTV and video surveillance product category including strategy, vendor portfolio management, category management and promotional programs. In this role, Kavita is focused on driving growth and effectively serving and supporting ADI’s dealers and vendor partners.

    Kavita joined ADI in 2011, and has previously served as the Product Manager for Intrusion and Fire at ADI in Canada. With more than 14 years experience in the retail industry, Kavita is particularly skilled in product management, merchandising, planning and analysis, purchasing and inventory. Before joining ADI, Kavita held a variety of positions at Blockbuster Canada in Product Management, Merchandising and Supply Chain Operations. Previously, Kavita spent time in Purchasing and Inventory at telecommunications company, National Wireless.

    Kavita earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Sheridan College, and has received Certification in Purchasing from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC).

Laura has more than 20 years of marketing, communications and event strategy experience. Prior to joining ADI, she served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Speco Technologies and previously held a variety of marketing, advertising and event planning roles with Newsday, CMP Media Inc., and Ziff Davis Media.

    Linda is the director of learning for ADI North America. In this role, she is responsible for the management of ADI’s overall learning strategy for employee and customer learning, including leadership development. Linda has successfully built an award-winning learning culture for ADI’s sales force. She has been in the education arena since 1990 holding an Adjunct Assistant Professor position as well teaching Oracle Application Development Tools, at New York University since 1998. She was VP of Technology on the Board of The Association for Talent Development - Long Island Chapter (formerly ASTD) and continues to be an active member. Linda graduated from New York University cum laude with a B.A. in Organizational Communications and Behavior.

    Marco Cardazzi is the Vice President of Global Marketing for ADI Global Distribution. As part of ADI’s global leadership team, he is responsible for driving all marketing initiatives across the Americas, EMEA and India. With over 13 years experience in leadership roles in distribution and retail, Marco has a wealth of knowledge in product management, marketing, purchasing, and promotions.

    Marco joined ADI in 2011, and previously served as the company’s Vice President of Marketing, North America and U.S. Senior Product Manager for video surveillance. He was instrumental in driving growth across ADI’s video surveillance category and helped establish the company as a leader in analog and IP video surveillance. Before joining ADI, Marco held product management positions at Global Equipment, MSC Industrial and Rodi Automotive.

    Marco was named the ADI 2012 Marketing Person of the Year, and was selected as a Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions (ACS) President’s Club honoree.

    He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Baruch College of the City University of
    New York – Zicklin School of Business.

    Margaret Enzien is the Director of Global Ecommerce for ADI Global Distribution. She is responsible for ADI’s online presence and growth strategy across the Americas, EMEA and India, as well as for customer facing EDI Solutions and ADI’s Vendor Website. In this role, Margaret leads ADI’s ecommerce initiatives and is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.

    Margaret has over 20 years experience leading ecommerce and marketing initiatives. She joined ADI in 2011 and previously served as the as the Director of Ecommerce for ADI North America. Since joining the company, Margaret successfully led the launch of new ecommerce websites across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, as well as the new ADI APP.

    Margaret holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Russell Sage and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

    Mark Espenschied is Director of Marketing at Digital Watchdog, focused on customer education, sales team support and lead generation.

    Mark joined Digital Watchdog in 2014. He has ten years of experience specific to the video surveillance industry and 31 years of experience in marketing, advertising, sales and publishing. Mark was previously Director of Marketing Communications at Arecont Vision, Associate Director of Marketing at D-Link Systems and Director of Marketing at Meade Instruments Corp.

    Following two years abroad in Taiwan R.O.C. and undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, Mark earned a bachelor of science degree in Communication with a minor in English from Weber State College.

    Randy Blanchard is the Business Development Manager for Residential AV at ADI. He is responsible for driving strategies to strengthen the company’s residential AV business, and create new opportunities for its customers.

    Randy joined ADI in 2005, and has more than 20 years of industry experience and sales expertise in the AV market. He began his career in sales at a custom integration firm where he specialized in offering design and installation services. He held a variety of roles at the firm including manager, vice president and partner.

    Randy is a founding member of Home Entertainment Source (HES), the specialty AV merchandising and buying group. As former vice president and board member, Randy was instrumental in developing the program to help independent retailers and integrators compete in the AV market. In 2009, Randy was recognized with the HES Excellence Award for his outstanding contribution and services that have helped grow the HES program. Randy still remains heavily involved with HES, and manages vendor partnerships to ensure members have access to the products they need to succeed in today’s market.

    Randy was named in Technology Integrator’s 2013 Young Turk’s of Custom Electronics, which celebrates the industry's best and brightest who are shaping the products and services of today and tomorrow. As a CEDIA Registered Outreach Instructor (ROI), Randy is certified to present CEDIA-developed courseware to local design and industry partners. In addition, Randy is often asked to author and contribute to articles for some of the AV trade publications.

Now the CEO of a top tier integrated technology manufacturer, Richard has utilized his experience in consensus-building, quality management, and organizational performance to manage and grow his company’s deliverables as the World Leader in Audio Monitoring Technology. His organizational guidance has spurred Louroe Electronics technologies to participate in a wide range of domestic and international government security initiatives, medical research facilities, commercial A/V security systems, and law enforcement.

With more than 20 years of experience, Rob is an accomplished leader with an in-depth knowledge of building successful distribution models, driving growth and delivering positive results.

    Rob joined ADI in 2013, and previously served as the President of ADI Global Distribution and as ADI's Operations leader. In this role, he led the company’s operational excellence efforts to improve the capabilities of ADI sites across North America and drove initiatives for sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory management.

    Aarnes joined ADI in 2013 from Gunnar Optiks where he served as president and CEO. Previously, he has held a variety of senior leadership positions in retail, manufacturing and distribution industries. Aarnes received a bachelor’s of science degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, and an MBA from San Diego State University. He also served five years as a Supply Officer in the United States Navy.

As technology strategist and futurist with a special focus on the IoT, Rob is responsible for identifying and incorporating trends, opportunities and partnerships in the electronic product space. His career is highlighted by more than a decade at the diversified industrial company Ingersoll Rand..


    Respected for his unique industry perspective, Rob has been featured as an expert panelist at International CES, the Golden Seeds Annual Summit, the IoT Global Innovation Forum, Internet of Things World, and APPNATION IoT among others.


    Rob was previously Vice President and CIO of Carpenter Technology Corporation in Reading, Pa. Prior to that he was Vice President and CIO for IR Security Technologies, a $2.5B sector of Ingersoll Rand Company. Rob also served for seven years as the Corporate Global Director of Front Office Technology and Business Intelligence, holding worldwide responsibility for Ingersoll Rand's front office technology and business intelligence strategy.

    His professional background includes CPG, industrial manufacturing, distribution, financial services, consulting, education and automotive businesses.

    Rob is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    Before joining ADI, he served as an Exclusive Brand Project Manager at MSC Industrial Direct where he was focused on exclusive brand product lines including Hand Tools, Material Handling & Storage, and HVAC & Electrical. Serge has also previously held a variety of marketing and business development roles at RGI Inc. and the United Pet Group. Serge earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Lehigh University – College of Business and Economics.

    Shawn Dixon is the North America Senior Product Manager for Commercial and Professional A/V at ADI Global Distribution. In this role, he is responsible for leading all product management and marketing initiatives for these product categories. Shawn is focused on strategy, driving growth and creating new opportunities for ADI’s dealers and vendor partners.

    Shawn joined ADI in 2016. Over the past 12 years, he has held Senior Management positions with AVAD, LLC an Ingram Micro Company where he was responsible for a variety of sales, distribution marketing and merchandising functions.

    Shawn’s career in A/V has spanned many roles over 25 years ranging from dealer/integrator to manufacturer’s rep to wholesale distribution. He received his Digital Signage Certified Expert certification in 2012 and continuously keeps up with the latest trends in the market.

    Stu Tisdale is the Director of Product Management at ADI. He is responsible for driving all marketing initiatives across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. and leads ADI’s team of U.S. Product Managers in driving category assortments, product promotions and marketing communications.

    Stu joined ADI in 2011 as the U.S. Senior Product Manager for Intrusion and Networking. After successfully managing two of ADI’s leading product categories, he was promoted to direct all U.S. product management initiatives. His unique blend of technology and business expertise has helped strengthen ADI’s product offering and deliver profitability to ADI’s business partners.

    Stu has more than 11 years of business-to-business marketing experience in product management roles in distribution. Before joining ADI, Stu held a product management position at Henry Schein, Inc, a leading global healthcare distributor.

    Stu was selected as a Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions (ACS) President’s Club honoree in 2012. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics with honors from Fordham University in New York City, and his MBA with a dual concentration in Marketing and Finance from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business in 2015. Stu is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
