As the Global VP Digital Experience, Laura is responsible for driving ADI's Digital Transformation initiatives through oversight of digital marketing and e-commerce to improve the customer experience and for generating revenue through a variety of technologies. She deploys new strategic and tactical plans to grow our digital footprint in the market and support ADI's established business goals. Laura has more than 15 years’ experience in the space. Before joining ADI, she worked at NCI Building Systems where she served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales Technology. In that role, she drove developing digital infrastructure and innovation to support digital marketing, advertising, pricing, and sales. At NCI Laura oversaw the creation and launch of a market and business development strategy to build an end-to-end digital customer acquisition program for the company’s commercial business which saw record growth. Before that, Laura worked as Global Director, Digital and Marketing Strategies for Eaton Corporation and Director of Digital Marketing Channel Enablement for Accenture Interactive, to comprise a career of over seventeen years in digital and technology-based marketing leadership.
