Closer to Customers, Providing Exceptional Service

New ADI Branch in Katowice, Poland

ADI currently has more than 200 stocking locations in 100 countries, and is growing! Expansion in the EMEA region has been a big focus for the business in recent months. In fact, ADI has opened or remodeled four branches, including four in the last few months alone:

  • Katowice, Poland – Sep. 9
  • Plzen, Czech Republic – Sep. 2
  • Poznan, Poland – Aug. 1
  • Prague, Czech Republic – March 4

“We’re excited to grow our physical footprint in Europe, which connects back to our global vision and business strategy to maximize vendor and customer relationships,” said Rob Aarnes, president of ADI.  “ADI is always looking for more ways to provide value-adds to our customers. Being the go-to experts in their backyard helps us to provide the highest level of customer service while enhancing our stickiness that will enable us to move farther ahead of our competitors in the market.”

The branch openings demonstrate ADI’s continued growth trend and expanded footprint as the leading distributor in the industryBy having branches closer, customers benefit from convenient product pickup, sometimes as fast as an hour after ordering

Contractors can also depend on knowledgeable ADI employees to help guide them in selecting the right product based on their needs. For example, Eastern Europe customers have a higher demand for video production and AV  Pro and Residential – while customers in the Czech Republic purchase more fully integrated solutions across product lines. ADI employees at these new locations are fully versed to assist with product selections in these categories.

“We saw a tremendous opportunity to open these European branches and serve more of our customer base in these regions,” said David Abrahmans, ADI EMEA Real Estate Manager.  “Contractors now can order and pickup products in less time, which allows them to increase their billable time and improve their overall efficiency and profitability.”
